A Brief Introduction to American FCC Certification
The full name of the FCC is Federal Communications Commission, and the Chinese name is the Federal Communications Commission of the United States. Established by CommunicationACT in 1934, it is an independent body of the U.S. government, directly responsible to Congress. FCC coordinates domestic and international communications by controlling radio, television, telecommunications, satellites and cables. In order to ensure the safety of radio and wire communications products related to life and property in more than 50 states, Colombia and the United States, the Office of Engineering and Technology of the FCC is responsible for the technical support of the Committee and for equipment accreditation.

Benefits of FCC Certification
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulates the import and use of radio frequency devices, including computers, fax machines, electronic devices, radio reception and transmission equipment, radio remote control toys, telephones, personal computers and other products that may harm personal safety. If these products are to be exported to the United States, they must be tested and approved by government-authorized laboratories in accordance with FCC technical standards. Importers and customs agents are required to declare that each radio frequency device meets the FCC standard, that is, the FCC license. At present, the United States has become China's second largest trading partner for several years in succession, and the volume of Sino-US trade is increasing year by year. Therefore, the export of the United States should not be underestimated. American products have strict technical standards and import regulations. Understanding American market access rules will help our products further open the American market.

Types of self-validation manufacturers or importers ensure that their products are inspected as necessary. The FCC has the right to require the manufacturer to submit the test data of the equipment sample or product in order to confirm that the product meets the relevant technical standards and retain the test report. Devices for self-validation include commercial computers, TV and FM receivers and industrial, scientific and medical devices used by non-mass consumers of FCC Rule Part 18.
FCC certification conformity
1. The equipment responsible party (usually the manufacturer or the importer) tests the products at the qualified testing institution designated by the FCC to ensure that the equipment meets the relevant technical standards and retains the test report. The FCC has the right to request the responsible party to submit the samples of the equipment or the test data of the products. Equipment suitable for compliance declarations include home computers and peripherals, civil broadcasting receivers, super-regenerative receivers, other receivers of FCC Rule Part 15, television interface devices, cable system terminal devices and industrial research and medical equipment used by consumers of Part 18.
2. The responsible party shall make the equipment marked as follows: ID authentication FCC shall examine the sample (or photo) submitted by the applicant and test data, and authorize the equipment with a FCC ID number if it meets the requirements of FCC rules. Equipment for certification includes low-power transmitters such as cordless telephones, remote controllers for automatic doors, radio remote control toys and safety alarm systems, devices for intentionally transmitting radio frequency energy in Part 15, industrial, scientific and medical equipment used by consumers of Part 18, automatic frequency conversion receivers and super-regenerative receivers. Television interface equipment, as well as home computers and their peripherals.
3. The responsible party shall make the equipment marked with FCC ID: Note: If a certain equipment is suitable for two or three recognized types, the responsible party shall select it. Certification Process Conformity Statement The responsible party (manufacturer or importer) will inspect the product at the qualified testing institution designated by FCC and make a test report. If the product meets the FCC standard, the corresponding label will be added to the product, and the relevant FCC standard requirements will be declared in the user's manual, and the test report will be retained. For FCC's request. The application ID first applies for a FRN, which is used to fill in other forms. If the applicant is applying for FCC ID for the first time, a permanent Grantee Code is required. While waiting for FCC approval to distribute to Grantee Code, the applicant should take the time to test the equipment. The FCC should have approved Grantee Code by the time all the material required by the FCC is ready and the test report has been completed.
4. The applicant completes FCC Form 731 and Form 159 online with this Code, test report and required material. After receiving Form 159 and remittances, the FCC began to accept applications for certification. The average time for the FCC to accept ID applications is 60 days. At the end of acceptance, the FCC will send the Original Grant of the FCC ID to the applicant. After the applicant has obtained the certificate, he can sell or export the corresponding products.

Application Form of FCC ID Authentication
Generally, there are two ways to apply for FCC ID certification:
1. Direct delivery of products to TCB laboratories in the United States is expensive and time-consuming (high cost, not recommended).
2. Delivery of products to FCC accredited laboratories (e.g. A2LA Authorized Laboratory: Dephwa Testing) for laboratory testing, data preparation and report completion. The test report will be sent to TCB for certification. At present, customers mainly adopt this method. FCC ID certification can identify the true and false through online queries in the United States.
