Oakai International Testing and Certification (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is an independent legal entity, providing testing services to the outside world. In order to ensure the objectivity and independence of the testing work and the fairness of the testing quality and data, it is hereby declared as follows:
We should abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state, abide by the principles of objective independence, fairness and impartiality, honesty and credibility, abide by professional ethics and assume corresponding social responsibilities.
To provide customers with "fair, scientific, authoritative and efficient" service as a quality policy.
Strictly abide by operating procedures, implement inspection and testing/calibration rules and standards, objectively issue inspection and testing/calibration results, free from interference from commercial, financial and other aspects and administrative personnel. Customer's technology, information, data and other business secrets are strictly confidential. Customer's technology and information are never used for technical development and technical services. Never take part in any activities that are detrimental to the independence of judgement and the integrity of inspection/calibration.
