Quality Inspection Report-Quality Control (Electronic Commerce Platform)
I. Product Type Inspection
1. Inspected units submit inspection applications to the technical prevention departments of provincial (municipal) public security bureaus (bureaus);
2. The technical prevention departments of the provincial (municipal) public security bureaus (bureaus) shall sample and seal the samples to the inspected units, and then submit the samples to the testing center with the sampling list issued by the technical prevention departments of the provincial (municipal) public security bureaus (bureaus).
3. The inspected units fill in the inspection application form and pay the inspection fees according to the regulations. At present, our center allows mailing products to be inspected, application forms can be downloaded from the Internet, and contacts before inspection can be made by telephone and fax.
4. After formal acceptance, the testing center will reach the inspection departments under the task.
5. After the inspector receives the inspection task, the samples are inspected according to the relevant standards. After the completion of the inspection (test) task, the inspector prepares the inspection report, which is examined and signed by the responsible person of the Department under his jurisdiction and approved by the responsible person of the center, stamps and takes effect immediately.
6. The inspection report shall be in triplicate, and the technical prevention department of the testing center, the unit under inspection and the provincial (municipal) public security department (bureau) shall each hold one (original);
7. The inspection period is generally 20 working days.
II. Product Entrusted Inspection
1. The inspected unit shall submit an application for inspection to the testing center and provide the inspected samples and relevant standards.
2. The inspected unit formally fills in the inspection application form and pays the inspection fee according to the regulations.
3. After formal acceptance, the testing center will reach the inspection departments under its tasks.
4. After the inspector receives the inspection task, the samples are inspected according to the relevant standards. After the completion of the inspection (test) task, the inspector prepares the inspection report, which is examined and signed by the responsible person of the Department under his jurisdiction and approved by the responsible person of the center, stamps and takes effect immediately.
5. The inspection report shall be in duplicate, and each of the units under inspection and the testing center shall hold one copy.
6. The inspection period is generally 20 working days.
3. State supervision, spot check and inspection
1. The Quality Supervision Office of the State Administration of Inspection and Quarantine formulates a plan for supervision and spot checks, and submits the product items to the State Administration of Inspection and Quarantine.
2. The General Administration of Inspection and Quarantine approves the plan and authorizes the quality inspection agencies to undertake the inspection;
3. Specialized personnel from the testing center are sent to the production enterprises for sampling.
4. The center inspects the sample products according to the relevant standards (tests);
5. The results of inspection (test) shall be reported to the State Administration of Inspection and Quarantine.
6. Publish the results of supervision and spot checks to the public.
IV. Sample Inspection and Inspection of Industry Supervision
1. The Quality Supervision Office of the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security formulates a supervision spot check plan and product items:

3. Specialized personnel from the testing center are sent to the production enterprises for sampling.
4. Testing centers conduct tests according to relevant standards.
5. The results of inspection (test) shall be reported to the Quality Supervision Department of the Science and Technology Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.
6. The Ministry of Public Security shall publish the results of supervision and spot checks to the public.
