Phthalates are a group of compounds commonly used as plasticizers.
It is widely used in toys, food packaging materials, adhesives, paints, inks, personal care products (such as nail polish, hair spray, soap and shampoo).
High risk materials: PVC, PU, ink.
Harm: It is similar to estrogen, harmful to children's liver and kidney, and even carcinogenic.

"Specific products" include:
(i) Toys designed for children under 6 years of age or used by children under 6 years of age under reasonable circumstances;
(ii) Child care products designed for children under 3 years of age or, under reasonable circumstances, for promoting sleep, relaxation, decoration, hygiene, feeding or assisting sucking or molars of children under 3 years of age.
