Noise CE Authentication Directive - Requirements
This Directive applies only to the list of machinery and equipment covered by Articles 12 and 13, and not to all machinery and equipment used outdoors. The manufacturer or its authorized representative in the EU Region shall review the product in accordance with the conformity assessment procedure before any mechanical equipment referred to in Clause 12 is marketed or delivered for use.
This directive is applicable to 57 types of outdoor equipment which need to adopt noise emission measures and install noise level labels on each machine. In addition, the directive sets noise limits for 22 out of 57 types, and for equipment with noise limits, the participation of EU bulletin bodies is also required.

Before any mechanical equipment referred to in Clause 13 is marketed or delivered for use, the manufacturer or its authorized representative in the European Union shall exercise internal production control over each type of equipment as required in Appendix 5 to the Directive.
Review of Technical Documents
Directives require enterprises to develop technical structure documents. We will review the technical documents as required by the instructions and make necessary improvements.
