CE Certification
1. Consultation
You can make a preliminary application to us by telephone, fax, e-mail, etc. (e.g. what kind of products, what kind of certification to apply for, specific models and specifications, product samples and descriptions, etc.).
Based on the general information provided by you, we will recommend the best certification scheme to you, put forward information requirements such as documents and drawings before testing, and preliminarily estimate the related costs. At the same time, we will provide you with documents such as "Application Form" and "Notice of Agency Authorization" for filling in.
2. Application
Please return the signed and sealed "Application Form" and "Notice of Agency Authorization" to our company, and prepare relevant information as required.
Upon receipt of the above documents and information, we will formally accept the application and establish the project number. At the same time, we will draw up the Agreement on Authentication Agency (the certification business treaty concluded by the two parties to clarify their mutual responsibilities and obligations, in duplicate).
3. Signing a contract
Please return the above Agreement signed and sealed to our company and pay the relevant fees according to the terms of the Agreement.
Upon receipt of the signed and sealed Agreement and the relevant payment vouchers, we will designate the project engineer to be responsible for the project and choose to contact the appropriate laboratory and engineer.
4.Technical support (optional)
At your request, our project engineer will explain to you the standards and safety requirements related to your products; arrange groundwork testing and structural pre-inspection; translate Chinese materials into English, etc.
The cost level of technical support mentioned above will be determined according to the specific workload.
5 Preparations for inspection
Our project engineers will provide timely feedback on the progress of contacts with the certification authority, and inform you of the sample requirements and exact costs for testing or repeated testing, as well as a series of documents required by the certification authority (such as the application form of the certification authority, the structure parameter table, the tracking service agreement, etc.).
Please prepare samples, documentation and test fees as required and send them to our project engineer.
6. Inspection
Our project engineer will submit the samples, information and fees you provide to the relevant certification body or laboratory, and track the progress of the certification project and feedback test information in time until the end of the project.
7. Repeated testing
If the test fails, you can rectify the sample, send the sample again and repeat the test. You can also cancel the project and submit the application when it is mature.
Our engineers will give suggestions and assist you in sample rectification.
8. First factory inspection or pre-licensing inspection
After the project starts, a certification authority or its designated inspection agency will come to your factory for the first factory inspection or pre-certification inspection (except CE certification) to check whether the factory's testing and production process meets the requirements. It is also necessary for you to obtain authorization or certificate through this inspection.
Our project engineer can assist you in the preparatory work.
9. Follow-up services (optional)
After the certification is completed, we can provide a series of annual services according to your different requirements, such as purchasing labels and yellow cards, translating correspondence and materials, paying for them, changing pages, applying for changes, etc.
